  Terrible. These idiots didn't show up to the airport to give me my car, at 5.30pm pm a Sunday afternoon (Feb 09 2014). I left my details on their after hours emergency number, which played a recorded message saying I would be contacted within 5 minutes. I still haven't heard back. I got stuck in Hervey Bay overnight and had to get a motel. I filled out a customer feedback form the next day, but their was no box to put it in, I gave it to the idiot but I suspect he put it in the bin.
